Eligibility for Returns
- Products can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Watches must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
- Customized or engraved watches are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
How to Return an Item
- Contact our customer service team at info@acfixnows.com to initiate a return.
- You will be provided with a return authorization number and return instructions.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service (shipping costs are non-refundable).
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different model, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. We will assist you in processing the exchange.
